The France office is Tutamen's commercial and technical anchor in Europe — the team that picks up the phone when an EMEA customer has a question and the manufacturing network is asleep. New programme enquiries, design reviews, technical consultations, and ongoing programme management all route through this office.
Manufacturing remains the responsibility of the four production sites in China, Mexico, and Malaysia. What France brings is proximity: a team in EMEA business hours that owns the relationship and keeps your programme moving while the manufacturing network is asleep.
SCOPE
First point of contact for EMEA customers — early-stage scoping, NDA, brief intake, and routing into the engineering team.
Design review participation, DFM feedback loops, and in-region translation between customer engineering teams and the manufacturing network.
Active-programme oversight on EMEA accounts — milestone tracking, risk surfacing, escalation, and quality-issue resolution.
Customer-facing visits in-region; coordination of factory visits to Dongguan, Jiangxi, Penang, or Tijuana.
Quotation, contract negotiation, and commercial terms in EUR-denominated agreements where preferred.
Shipping, customs, and delivery coordination into European destinations — alongside in-region freight partners.
