PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 May 2026
Tutamen Group ("Tutamen," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling information about you responsibly. This policy explains what we collect when you visit tutamen.com or contact us, how we use that information, and the rights you have over it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to run our website and respond to enquiries:
- Information you give us directly — your name, company, email address, and the contents of your message when you submit our contact form or email us.
- Technical information — anonymised request metadata (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer) processed by our hosting provider so the site can serve pages and defend against abuse.
- Cookies — see Section 3.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, biometric, political opinions, etc.) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry or proposal.
- Send you the technical or commercial materials you have requested.
- Maintain the security, performance, and integrity of our website.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use your information for advertising profiling or behavioural ad targeting.
3. Cookies
Tutamen.com uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not run third-party tracking cookies that follow you between sites. Specifically:
- Strictly necessary cookies — set by our hosting provider to deliver the site, protect against malicious traffic, and maintain session continuity.
- Privacy-friendly analytics — we may run a cookieless analytics tool (such as Plausible) to count aggregate, anonymised pageviews. No personal identifier is stored in your browser.
You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
4. Third-Party Processors
We rely on a small set of vetted vendors to operate the site. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments:
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DDoS protection, and static hosting for tutamen.com. Cloudflare processes request metadata to serve the site.
- Web3Forms — handles the "Quick Contact" form on the homepage by relaying submissions to our team inbox. Your name, company, email, and message are transmitted to Web3Forms and on to us.
- Tawk.to — if enabled, provides an optional live chat widget. Conversations are processed by Tawk.to so we can respond.
We do not transfer your data to any third party for marketing or re-sale.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live you have rights over your personal data. We honour these requests regardless of residence:
- GDPR (European Union, United Kingdom) — you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the processing of your personal data, and you may object to processing or request data portability. The lawful basis we rely on for handling enquiry information is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- CCPA / CPRA (California) — you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and request that we not sell or share it. Tutamen does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- Other jurisdictions — comparable rights under applicable local law.
To exercise any of these rights, open the chat in the bottom-right of this page and let our team know the details of your request. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our business relationship, then delete or anonymise it. Transport-layer encryption (HTTPS) is enforced on every page. Access to enquiry data is restricted to the Tutamen team members who handle it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
8. Talk to Our Engineers
Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your data, should be directed to Tutamen Group via the chat in the bottom-right of this page.
