OVERVIEW
Jiangxi is the high-volume counterpart to our Dongguan headquarters. Once a programme has been engineered, tooled, and validated at HQ, it is the Jiangxi line that takes it to production scale — with the same engineering team retaining ownership of quality and programme management through the full lifecycle.
The campus brings two specialist production lines together on adjacent land: a dedicated anodising and passivation line opened in 2021, and a die-casting plus CNC sub-assembly line added in 2022. Together they form the only Tutamen site in China with in-house anodise and die-cast plus CNC — purpose-built for finished heat-sink assemblies that ship installation-ready.
CAPABILITIES
Aluminium die-cast cell — est. 2022. Net-shape parts ready for CNC finishing.
Multi-axis CNC for post-cast machining, sealing surfaces, threaded features, and fin profiling. Co-located with die-cast for single-pass throughput.
Dedicated line, est. 2021. Type II and Type III anodise. Passivation for stainless.
Stamped-fin to base assembly with welded joints. Finished, branded, packaged — ready for installation.
Fin-pack welding and structural welds. Process control matched to thermal-performance targets validated in Dongguan.
Equipment and QC procedures replicated from Dongguan. First-article inspection on every new tool; SPC on every production run.
